Beckley Man arrested for alleged possession of child sex abuse material and more
Law enforcement arrested the suspect, 30-year-old Bryan S. Taylor of Beckley, at his home in Beckley.
Taylor has been charged with possession of child sex abuse material, solicitation of a juvenile, use of obscene matter, and distribution of child sex abuse material.

He was the owner and operator of West Virginia Environmental Services during that time period. His business was paid nearly 10 million dollars to treat industrial waste at a Fayette County landfill. However, he failed to do it properly and allowed arsonic and other pollutants to leak into Jarrett Branch, a tributary of the Kanawha River.
