Men who allegedly broke into automotive shop waive preliminary hearings

LEWISBURG - Two men who allegedly broke into an automotive business in Greenbrier County on Christmas night each waived their preliminary hearing on Friday.

Gary McKeever, 46, of Lewisburg and Michael Reynolds, 37, of Caldwell are facing charges of breaking and entering.

Chief Deputy Bruce Sloan told Newswatch the break-in happened at Lemon's Automotive in Fairlea before 9 p.m. on Christmas. Both suspects were on the premises when police arrived.

McKeever and Reynolds are in Southern Regional Jail. The date for their next appearance in circuit court has not been set yet.
