BECKLEY - A Christmas tour will wrap up in Beckley on Sunday, staring several legendary groups.

Tamarack is set to host America's Got Talent winner Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. this Friday and Saturday night at 6 PM. The Classic Christmas Crooners tour will hold its final holiday concert at the Governor Hulett C. Smith Theatre.

This special performance will feature lead vocalists from The Temptations, The Platters and The Drifters. At many of the tour's previous shows local charities have collected toys for needy children, and Landau said, "my band and me love to play these small intimate theaters, and I'm looking forward to wrapping up the holiday tour in Beckley." Little General stores, based out of Beckley, have been sponsoring the tour.

"We love having local musicians perform here on our stage and to have someone like Landau want to come here and perform at Tamarack. You couldn't complain. It's a great win - win for both of us. People are going to be coming in, checking out Tamarack, having dinner and also you're gunna see an amazing show," said Event Coordinator at Tamarack, Kelly Elkins.

The event is selling out quickly. Tickets for the event are not being sold at Tamarack, but can be purchased at landaumurphyjr.com.
