SUMMERSVILLE – A routine traffic stop in Nicholas County leads to four drug related arrests.
Police say James Preston McCune, 32, Kimberly Marie Philiips, 26, Della Gay Legg, 36 and Tasha Renae Neal, 29 all face charges of attempting to operate a clandestine meth lab and conspiracy to operate a meth lab.
According to a news release, a traffic stop on Monday was conducted at the intersection of Glen Oaks Drive and Peach Orchard Road, just north of Summersville. Upon searching the vehicle, police found numerous meth making materials were discovered.
All suspects are in Central Regional Jail awaiting arraignment.
