UPDATE (11/5) - Oak Hill Police have arrested the woman they said was responsible for Sunday's armed robbery at the Quick Check on Jones Avenue.
Jennifer Dawn Suttle, 27, of Scarbro, was apprehended Monday night at her home. Suttle faced an armed robbery charge, but was brought to Plateau Medical Center after she told officers that she had taken an overdose of a prescribed medication. After she's released from the hospital, she will be arraigned in magistrate court.
Officers said that the investigation into Sunday night's incident is ongoing and further charges are expected.
The police department also wanted to thank the folks who provided tips that helped lead to a quick arrest in the case.
UPDATE - Police continued their search for a suspect Monday that they said was involved in a late-night armed robbery.

OAK HILL - Police are investigating a reported armed robbery at a Fayette County convenience store.
Dispatchers said it happened at 10:09 p.m. Sunday at the Quick Check on Jones Avenue in Oak Hill. No injuries were reported, but officers with the Oak Hill Police Department, Fayette County Sheriff's Office, and state police all responded.
