BECKLEY - Two people were arrested following a domestic dispute call that turned into a methamphetamine bust in Raleigh County.
Joshua Francis Dahlinghaus, 24, of Beckley is charged with operating a clandestine drug laboratory. Melody Anne Stewart, 36, of Raleigh County is charged with conspiracy to commit a felony. Stewart also faces a probation violation.
Members of the Beckley Police Department, Raleigh County Sheriff's Department and West Virginia State Police found two "shaker style" meth labs while serving a search warrant at 109 Winger Avenue, according to Lieutenant David Farley. Authorities also found a handgun which had previously been reported stolen.
Dahlinghaus and Stewart confessed to their involvement in the crime and to making meth, according to Farley. Both are in Southern Regional Jail to await arraignment.
Dahlinghaus is being held on $50,000 bond and Stewart is being held on $25,000 bond. Farley said further arrests in this incident are pending.
