FAYETTEVILLE - A doctor accused of providing medications to women patients in exchange for sexual favors was indicted Monday in Fayette County Circuit Court.
Dr. Oscar Gosien entered a not guilty plea to charges that included: 36 counts of constructive delivery of a controlled substance, seven counts of first degree sexual abuse, four counts of second degree sexual assault, and eight additional counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Gosien was required to surrender all passports he had to Fayette County Circuit Court by 4:00 p.m. Monday. He's scheduled to appear in court once again on November 12, 2013.
