Reasby found guilty in shooting death

BLUEFIELD - A Mercer County man is found guilty today for his role in a Bluefield murder last summer.

A Jury convicted David Reasby, 35, of Bluefield of a lessor offense of voluntary manslaughter for the shooting death of Derek Tabor, 23, of Montcalm. The incident occurred at a home on Fourth Street back in August of 2012.

Reasby was originally charged with first degree murder and conspiracy. He was found not guilty on the conspiracy charge, he faces up to 15 years in jail when he is sentenced in October.
