MOUNT HOPE - A lot of times kids are scolded for constantly being on their phones or tablets, but at this year's Boy Scout Jamboree, the scouts are encouraged to keep technology in the palms of their hands. The entire reserve site has free Wi-Fi Internet access for the scouts and volunteers to use.  In just a few days, more than 2,500 photos have been uploaded to the Boy Scouts flickr site, and a summit app is available for all Apple and Android users.  Officials say this is one of the best ways to spread the word about the experience.
