STANAFORD - Crews worked to repair a power pole after a car crashed into it early Wednesday morning.

Dispatchers said that the single vehicle accident happened on Stanaford Road at around 2:52 a.m.  No one was injured, but the utility pole did snap, drooping the power lines across the roadway. Bradley-Prosperity Volunteer Firefighters closed the road while Appalachian Power crews worked to repair the damage.
