Greenbrier tournament food

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS - There are plenty of people worried about a different kind of green at the Greenbrier tournament, and that would be the folks with the white hats.  Executive Chef Bryan Skelding leads a team of 171 cooks, 99 general kitchen workers and 300 other food employees to feed not only visitors, but also to provide a special environment for the players.  Some of their specialites include banana splits, soup and a 44-ounce steak.
