BECKLEY - To everyone who ever wanted to appear on the big screen, today was the chance to have the opportunity to do so. An open casting call at the Beckley-Raleigh County Convention Center was held for a movie about coal miners. The current working title is "Untitled West Virginia Project." The film company says you can get involved in more ways than just on camera.

"The biggest thing were doing today is getting people to be on camera so we can fill up this screen with all these wonderful faces," said producer Summer Shelton. "Were even asking people to help in support of some the wardrobe and even providing some pictures of activities that we may use in some graphics in the film, so there's more ways to be involved in the movie instead of just being on camera."
