BECKLEY- A Wedding To Die For is the upcoming performance that will kick off fundraising events for an area hospital. The Appalachian Regional Hospital has already begun renovations to several areas and hopes to be done with some construction by the end of the summer. Proceeds from an original murder mystery will go toward the project. Margaret Ann O’Neal with the cause say it’s important to upgrade the facility and recognize its importance.

“For all of us visually, you know, when we drive past something that's been in our community for a long time, you tend to take it for granted, and you may forget that it's there and what it's there for. So we're excited that ARH will go through this. Afacade upgrade on the outside of the building to kind of remind people of how important it is to have a non-profit health care facility in our community.”

The fundraiser for the hospital is scheduled for Friday at 6 p-m. Tickets are 100 dollars each and all proceeds will go towards renovations.
