Bluefield Police Chief D.W. Dillow said that his officers arrested Joseph Reeves, 28, and Antonio Ward, 31, after a traffic stop revealed that the two were on a statewide "Be on the Lookout" list.  The incident happened around 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of Bland Street and College Avenue.  Reeves was wanted for kidnapping, malicious wounding, and first degree armed robbery, while Ward was wanted for those charges in addition to murder.

The two were held in the Bluefield Holding Facility.
