Dispatchers said that it happened around 1:32 Thursday morning on the Coalfields Expressway in Sophia.  The extent of the victims injuries are unknown at this time. 

Sophia City and Sophia Area Volunteer Fire Departments along with Jan-Care and Best Ambulance Services responded. 

The Raleigh County Sheriff's Department is investigating the accident's cause.
