DEEP WATER- A report of an explosion in Fayette County turns out to be just a fire.

911 Dispatchers say around 8pm Monday night crews from Montgomery, Boomer, Loop Creek and Armstrong Creek were all called out to a garage fire on Deep Water Mountain on Route 61, five miles south of Montgomery. No one was hurt, the cause remains under investigation.
