OAK HILL - A long-standing business in Oak Hill is celebrating its 52nd anniversary next month.  Tom's Carry Out has been a mainstay in the community for three generations.  The current owner, Tom Louisos, is the grandson of the man who started the restaurant.  He says he got involved in the family business when he was 15, and that it is the food and the friendly faces that has kept the doors open for more than five decades.
