BLUEFIELD - A Bluefield, Virginia man is dead after a single vehicle accident Saturday morning.

Police said they got the call at 9:45 A.M. about an accident on Grassy Branch Road and Route 19.

Police say Benjamin Koen, 21, lost control of his car, crossed Route 19 and went through the guardrail.

He was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Police say koen was not wearing a seatbelt.
