One man is in the hospital after an argument with a neighbor turns violent.  Police took David Cline into custody after they say he shot Scotty Coomes near his home on Beeson Road in Lashmeet around 11:00 Monday morning.  Neighbors say the two men have been at odds for the past couple months.  Coomes is being treated at a local hospital where he is expected to recover.
