A Tazewell business owner is in jail on more than 20 drug related charges.

The Tazewell County Sheriff's Office arrested Sep Zu Ha this morning.  He faces 22 counts, including possession and distribution of a controlled substance on school property, possession to distribute marijuana, and felon in possession of a firearm.  Deputies searched his home and the business he owns, Star Nails on East Riverside Drive in North Tazewell.  Sheriff Brian Hieatt says more arrests are possible in this case.

"Mr. Ha is a dangerous man with deep rooted drug connections in other states,"  he said.  "While Mr. Ha is in custody our investigation will continue and we are prepared to do whatever is necessary to break up this operation and if that includes going to other jurisdictions outside of the Commonwealth of Virginia with our evidence we are prepared to do that."
