After a two-year hiatus, the city of Beckley once again celebrated its Appalachian Coal Town Christmas.



Locals enjoyed a variety of activities at the Exhibition Coal Mine from 5-9 pm, including guided underground tours, horse-drawn carriage rides, and caroling.



The underground mine was not decorated with lights this year, but aboveground had plenty of Christmas lights and decorations.
