Tonight's Powerball drawing is at $550 million.  This is the highest Powerball jackpot and the second highest lottery prize this year.  The Mega Millions was at $656 million earlier this year.  A winner who takes the lump sum payment would get more than $360 million.  Several gas stations across the region say ticket sales have been going great in recent days.  Powerball officials say there's a 75% chance someone will win tonight's drawing, which will happen at 11:00 PM.
