Managers from Walmart come to the VA hospital in Beckley to deliver fruit baskets to the patients.  They put together more than 60 baskets as a way to say thank you to those who have served.  Organizers came up with the idea last year, and they say although it is a small gesture, it is an important way to show appreciation.  A handful of representatives from the store walked down many of the hospital's floors to hand deliver the baskets and meet the veterans.
