New York City Prosecutors say a McDowell County man has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault charges.

David Albert Mitchell, 42, is accused of sexually assaulting a 73-year-old woman in Central Park in September. He entered his plea today at a Manhattan courthouse.  Mitchell was acquitted of a murder charge in West Virginia 20 years ago and is eyes as a possible suspect in another unsolved murder in McDowell County.
